Hand in Hand ABA is a group of Behaviour Analysts dedicated to providing high quality educational services for children with autism. Our approach is underpinned by the scientifically validated principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Hand in Hand ABA is headed by Victoria Meader, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. The principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis are used to deliver programmes designed to increase socially significant skills and reduce challenging behaviours. We work with your child in a close and happy learning environment, primarily on a one to one basis.
We understand that every child is unique and work outside of the ‘one size fits all’ approach to learning. The programmes are individually tailored to meet the specific requirements of each child, so that every child is given a unique learning opportunity. We believe that far too frequently, children with autism are not given the chance to reach their potential and aim to provide the teaching strategies that allow every child to access learning. Our Consultants and Supervisors have several years of experience in delivering individualised ABA programmes that are continuously monitored to ensure that as your child progresses, targets are moved on regularly to meet their specific needs.
Hand in Hand ABA was set up by Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, Victoria Meader, also the mother of a child with autism. It is driven by the belief that as a basic right children with intellectual disabilities should have access to teaching strategies proven to be effective. The company was set up with the dual aim of providing exceptional teaching standards as well as promoting general awareness of ABA.
